Welcome to Bazals, Inc. ("Bazals," "we," "our," or "us"). We are a Delaware C-Corporation operating a property-intelligence platform focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth residential market. Our service includes conducting direct, one-to-one outreach to residential property owners regarding their specific properties. By interacting with our services or communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. SMS and Messaging Terms

We use SMS/text messaging to communicate with property owners.

• Opt-In: We will only send you SMS/text messages if you have provided explicit verbal consent to receive them during a live phone call.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of our communication.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will cease further SMS communications.
• Assistance: If you need assistance, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact founders@bazals.ai.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US mobile networks.

3. Acceptable Use

When communicating with Bazals, you agree not to use our services or outreach channels to transmit any unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate communications with any party violating these standards.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All information, outreach, and services provided by Bazals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services or communications will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bazals, Inc., its founders, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your interactions with our outreach or services.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Bazals is a Delaware corporation operating in Texas. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
